Jake is an IT professional who has been in the game for over 10 years and has the battle scars to prove it (well, at least a few extra gray hairs). He has an undergraduate degree in IT and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest technologies, which has resulted in him earning multiple tech certifications.
When he's not busy fixing computers and troubleshooting tech problems, you can find Jake at Hinds Community College where he moonlights as an IT teacher. He's always looking for new ways to make learning about technology a little less boring and a little more fun (though some would say he's still working on it).
But despite the occasional technical hiccup and dry lecture, Jake is a valuable asset to any organization. With his wealth of experience and expertise, he's the go-to guy for all things tech-related.
