Troubleshooting Bitdefender Deployment
Sometimes Errors can happen during the installation process of BitDefender. It is possible that the installation was only partial. This can give the appearance that it is fully installed, but may cause errors. In order to fix this try these steps:
- Ask your system admins to disable BitDefender on the device via policy.
- Download the BitDefender removal tool Click here
- Restart the device and let the system admins know so that they can remove the policy.
- The RMM should push a new, fresh install of BitDefender. (Please leave your device on the rest of the day if possible to ensure that BitDefender fully installed.
